Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

- Must include all tags and accessories

- Damaged or defective items are eligible for return

- Items damaged by customer misuse

Refund Process


- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

- Refund will be credited to original payment method


Cash on Delivery Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
